Michael Garcia serves as Associate for Clearview Hotel Capital. Mr. Garcia joined Clearview in September 2020 and works in various roles supporting acquisitions, asset management, and capital initiatives. Prior to joining Clearview, he interned at Hodges Ward Elliott as a member of their hospitality investment sales team. Mr. Garcia holds a B.S. in Hotel Administration, magna cum laude, from Cornell University.
Kyle Petrucci serves as an Analyst for Clearview Hotel Capital. Mr. Petrucci joined Clearview in December 2023 and works in various roles supporting acquisitions, capital initiatives, and asset management. Prior to joining Clearview, he interned with Graystoke Investments, a short-term rental group based in Utah. Mr. Petrucci holds a B.S. in Science Technology and Society, from Stanford University and a MRED (Master of Real Estate Development) from the University of Utah.
Mark Becker is Clearview Hotel Capital’s Chief Operating Officer where his primary focus is working directly with hotel property teams to assist in maximizing revenue and profitability. Prior to joining Clearview, Mark worked with Hyatt Hotels for 28 years and served as General Manager in various properties. Additionally, Mark was an Area Vice President where he oversaw a cluster of hotels in the Grand, Regency, Andaz and Centric brands and worked as a liaison between the brand and ownership groups. Mr. Becker received his B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Boston University.
Mr. Jubitz received a B.S. from Cornell University at the School of Hotel Administration and is a member of the Advisory Board for the Cornell Center for Real Estate Finance. Mr. Jubitz lives in Newport Beach, California with his wife and three children.
Jon Kline is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Clearview Hotel Capital, LLC. Previously, Mr. Kline was President and Chief Financial Officer of Sunstone Hotels (NYSE: SHO). Prior to joining Sunstone in 2003, Mr. Kline directed the U.S. hospitality and leisure investment banking practice at Merrill Lynch, with responsibility for lodging, gaming, restaurants and other leisure industries. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Mr. Kline was a real estate investment banker at Smith Barney, focused on lodging and other real estate asset classes and an attorney with Sullivan and Cromwell in New York.
Mr. Kline is a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Conflicts Committee of KBS Growth & Income REIT and also a member of the Marriott Owner Advisory Council. Mr. Kline was previously a member of the Board of Directors of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Orange County Chapter; the United Way, Orange County; and Heritage Pointe. Mr. Kline was named the Orange County CFO of the Year (2005) and the American Jewish Committee Humanitarian of the Year for Orange County (2007). Mr. Kline holds a B.A. in Economics from Emory University and a J.D. from New York University School of Law. Mr. Kline lives in Newport Beach, California.
